How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

How do I add a new branch?

Go to Company Management in your dashboard and select "Add Office". Each branch can be registered with its own address, applicable acts, and compliance team.

How do I upload my DSC?

Go to Settings > Digital Signature Certificate. Upload your DSC file or connect your hardware token. Once uploaded, you can sign documents directly from the platform.

Who can I escalate a ticket to?

Technical tickets go to our platform support team. Operational compliance tickets go to our compliance experts. You can escalate any ticket to an admin from within the platform ticket system.
