Getting Started
What is Iztty and who is it built for?
Iztty is an AI-powered statutory compliance management platform built by Futurex Management Solutions Limited. It is built for Indian businesses — manufacturers, IT companies, construction firms, retail chains, staffing agencies, and compliance consultants — that manage EPF, ESIC, Factories Act, Shop & Establishment, CLRA, and vendor compliance obligations across one or more establishments in India. The platform replaces spreadsheet-based compliance tracking with a structured Maker-Checker-DSC workflow, live compliance scoring, AI-powered notice response, and direct payroll integrations.
Who is Futurex Management Solutions Limited?
Futurex Management Solutions Limited (CIN: U74999DL2014PLC269550) is a Delhi NCR-based business services firm incorporated in 2014. Founded by Ravi Gahlot and Sulekha Gahlot, Futurex has been managing Indian statutory compliance, payroll administration, and HR outsourcing for 500+ businesses for over a decade. Iztty is Futurex's AI-powered technology platform — built from ten years of hands-on compliance management experience. Learn more at our About page.
How long does it take to set up Iztty for my business?
For a typical single-establishment business, initial setup — including company profile configuration, branch mapping, applicable acts and states, payroll integration, and team access setup — takes 1–2 business days with support from the Iztty onboarding team. For multi-location businesses with 5+ branches across multiple states, onboarding typically takes 3–7 business days. Enterprise customers with complex multi-entity or multi-state structures are onboarded through a dedicated implementation engagement.
Does Iztty provide managed compliance services or just software?
Both. Iztty is the software platform. Futurex Management Solutions Limited provides the managed compliance services — where Futurex's compliance team handles your EPF, ESIC, Factories Act, S&E, CLRA, and vendor compliance management on your behalf, using the Iztty platform as the operational backbone. If you want to use Iztty as a self-service platform with your own team, that is fully supported. If you want Futurex to manage your compliance entirely, that is available as a managed service. Contact us to discuss the right model for your organisation.
Platform & Features
What is the Maker-Checker-DSC workflow?
The Maker-Checker-DSC workflow is the four-stage approval process at the heart of the Iztty platform. Stage 1 (Maker): a designated compliance executive prepares the return, register, or challan and submits it for review. Stage 2 (Checker): a senior compliance officer reviews and either approves or rejects it with mandatory remarks. Stage 3 (DSC Signing): an authorised DSC holder digitally signs all approved documents on-platform using their hardware token. Stage 4 (Archive): the signed document is automatically archived in the Document Vault by branch, act, and period. This workflow eliminates single-person compliance errors and creates a complete audit trail for every compliance action.
What is the Compliance Score Meter?
The Compliance Score Meter calculates a live health score from 0 to 100% for your company and every branch, based on five weighted factors: filed returns on time, active licences and registrations, maintained statutory registers, vendor audit compliance scores, and resolved regulatory gaps. The score has act-wise and state-wise breakdowns and updates in real time as each task is completed. Risk bands — Low (80–100%), Medium (50–79%), and High (0–49%) — surface the highest-severity gaps first. Group-level rollup scores are available for companies with multiple entities.
What statutory acts and compliances does Iztty cover?
Iztty covers: EPF (Employees' Provident Funds & MP Act 1952); ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Act 1948); Factories Act 1948 (all prescribed registers and annual returns); Shop & Establishment Act (for all applicable states); Contract Labour (R&A) Act 1970 (CLRA); Professional Tax (all 21 PT-applicable states); Labour Welfare Fund (all 16 LWF-applicable states); Minimum Wages Act 1948; Payment of Wages Act 1936; Maternity Benefit Act 1961; and Vendor Compliance (EPF, ESIC, and CLRA monitoring for contractors). New acts and states are added based on client requirements.
What is the Document Vault?
The Document Vault is Iztty's secure, organised repository for all compliance documents — DSC-signed ECRs, ESIC challans, Factories Act registers, CLRA returns, labour inspection reports, vendor compliance documentation, and government notices with their responses. Documents are organised by branch, act, and period. They are instantly accessible during government inspections without manual file retrieval. The Document Vault maintains version history and a complete audit trail of who uploaded, approved, and signed each document.
Can Iztty be used for compliance management across multiple branches?
Yes — multi-branch compliance management is a core Iztty capability. Each branch is configured with its applicable state, industry category, employee count, and applicable acts. The Compliance Score Meter provides individual branch scores as well as a group-level rollup. Regulatory Change Intelligence maps gazette notifications to specific branches based on their state and industry. Makers and Checkers can be assigned per branch, ensuring the correct team manages each location's compliance.
AI Features
How does the AI Notice Response Assistant work?
The AI Notice Response Assistant uses OCR to read an uploaded regulatory notice — from EPFO, ESIC, Labour Commissioner, S&E Inspector, Factories Act Inspector, Contract Labour Authority, or PT authority — extracts all allegations, referenced legal provisions, deadlines, and financial demands, maps each allegation to supporting documents in your Document Vault, and generates a complete formal reply in the department-specific format. All AI-generated replies require review and approval by the compliance head before submission. The average response time is reduced from 3–5 days to 4 hours.
Does Iztty's AI automatically submit responses to government departments?
No. Every AI-generated notice reply requires explicit review and approval by the designated compliance head before any action is taken. Iztty's AI generates drafts, evidence mappings, and action tasks — it never submits anything to a government department directly. Human approval is mandatory for every AI output. This is a deliberate design principle: statutory compliance involves professional legal judgment that must remain with qualified human practitioners.
What is Regulatory Change Intelligence?
Regulatory Change Intelligence is Iztty's AI engine that continuously monitors official Central and state government gazette notifications, EPFO and ESIC circulars, and S&E and Factories Act amendments across all 28+ Indian states. For each change, the AI determines applicability to your specific company profile — industry, state, employee count — and generates structured action tasks with due dates. All changes require review and approval by the Compliance Head before enforcement. This eliminates the need for your team to manually monitor state gazettes.
Integrations
Which payroll platforms does Iztty integrate with?
Iztty currently has live direct integrations with Tally (ERP 9 and TallyPrime), Zoho Payroll, and Keka HR. A documented REST API is available for connecting SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, custom-built payroll systems, or other enterprise HR platforms. GreytHR and Darwinbox integrations are in development. See our Integrations page for full details.
Does integration with Tally require a CSV export?
No. Iztty's Tally connector reads payroll data directly from Tally ERP 9 or TallyPrime — employee records, monthly salary, EPF contributions, ESIC contributions, PT deductions, and LWF amounts — without any CSV export or manual re-entry. The connector is read-only — it never modifies any data in Tally. Your existing Tally workflows remain completely unchanged.
Is the integration with payroll systems secure?
Yes. All integrations use TLS 1.3 encrypted data transfer. Authentication is OAuth 2.0 token-based — no passwords are transmitted or stored. The Tally connector is read-only. All API activity is logged in the compliance audit trail. Data transferred through integrations is processed in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023.
Security & Data
Where is Iztty's data stored?
All Iztty platform data — including compliance records, payroll data, and employee information — is stored on servers located within India. We do not transfer your compliance or employee data outside India. Cloud infrastructure is hosted on reputable providers (AWS / Azure India regions). Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) is applied to all data.
Is Iztty compliant with the DPDP Act 2023?
Yes. Iztty's data processing practices are aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This includes: obtaining and managing consent for data processing; maintaining purpose limitation (data is used only for compliance management); enabling data principal rights (access, correction, erasure); implementing a data breach response procedure; maintaining a Grievance Officer; and ensuring all third-party processors operate under appropriate data processing agreements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens to my data if I cancel my Iztty subscription?
If you cancel your Iztty subscription, you will have 30 days to export all your compliance records, documents, and data through the platform's export functionality. After the 30-day export window, your data will be deleted from our active systems, subject to legal retention obligations under applicable Indian law (some compliance records may be retained for up to 8 years as required by statutory record-keeping rules). You may also request immediate deletion of personal data by contacting privacy@iztty.com.
Pricing & Plans
How is Iztty priced?
Iztty is priced as a monthly or annual subscription based on the number of establishments (branches), the compliance domains covered, and the level of managed services required. Annual subscriptions receive a discount over monthly billing. See our Pricing page for current plan details, or contact us for a custom quote for your business.
Is there a free trial available?
We offer a guided product demo with live data rather than a self-service free trial — because Iztty is a compliance management platform and its value is best understood in the context of your actual establishments, applicable acts, and compliance challenges. Book a demo through our Contact Us page and our team will configure a demo specific to your business type, state, and compliance requirements.
