No. Iztty is a private, technology-based compliance management platform operated by Futurex Management Solutions Limited. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government department or regulatory authority.

Iztty is a compliance management and tracking platform. It helps you organise, track, and prepare compliance documentation. The responsibility for actual filing of returns with relevant authorities remains with the user. Iztty facilitates the process and tracks completion.

Iztty covers Labour Compliance (LWF), Factory Compliance (Factories Act 1948), Shop & Establishment Compliance, Payroll Compliance (EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS), Vendor Compliance, CLRA and Ease of Compliance, and Mines Compliance — plus Compliance Risk Audit.

It's a structured four-stage approval workflow for every compliance action. The Maker uploads data (e.g., payroll CSV or register). The Checker reviews and marks each item as Found Correct or rejects with mandatory remarks. Only rejected items go back to the Maker for re-upload. The DSC holder then signs all approved documents digitally on-platform. Every action is timestamped and logged.

Authorised users upload their Digital Signature Certificate to Iztty once. All subsequent signing happens on-platform — no switching applications, no printing. Hardware DSC tokens are supported. Every signed document is automatically stored in the Document Vault with a full audit trail.

Yes. A core feature of Iztty is its state-wise validated formats. Since labour and establishment laws vary significantly across Indian states, Iztty applies the correct formats, rates, and filing requirements for each state automatically when you add a branch.

Iztty sends tiered escalating notifications — for licences, starting 3 months before expiry (monthly alerts), then weekly at 1 month, daily at 2 weeks, and twice daily (10AM and 3PM) in the final week. For returns, reminders go out at 15 days, 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, and on the due date itself.

The AI Notice Response Assistant reads regulatory notices (GST, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, Labour), extracts key information, and drafts a formal reply ready for CA/CS review. Regulatory Change Intelligence monitors gazette notifications and circulars and converts changes into actionable compliance tasks. The Compliance Score Meter gives a live health score (0-100%) for every company and branch.

Yes. Company accounts can add unlimited branches under one organisational profile. Consultant accounts can add unlimited client companies, each of which can add their own branches. Everything is managed from a single dashboard.

Iztty supports Super Admin, Sub Admin, Company Admin, Maker, Checker, DSC holder, Vendor, and Client roles. Each role has defined permissions. Admins can customise access further. Ticket management roles (Technical and Operational) are also available.

Yes. Iztty is a Software-as-a-Service platform accessible via any standard web browser. There is no software to download or install. All updates are applied automatically.
