Founded by Ravi Gahlot and Sulekha Gahlot in Delhi, Futurex began as a focused compliance and payroll outsourcing practice — building its initial client base among small and mid-sized enterprises in the Delhi NCR region who needed reliable statutory compliance management without an in-house HR team.
Building the compliance practice — Labour, Factory, and S&E
Over three years, Futurex expanded its compliance management services to cover the Factories Act, Shop and Establishment Act, CLRA, and vendor compliance alongside EPF, ESIC, PT, and LWF. The operational model scaled from individual client mandates to structured monthly compliance cycles managed across industries.
Scaling to manufacturing, construction, and IT sectors across India
Ramakrishnan Chandrasekaran joined as COO, bringing operational depth and process discipline. Futurex's compliance practice expanded beyond Delhi NCR to serve manufacturing companies with multi-state establishments, construction firms with large contract labour networks, and IT campuses with complex vendor compliance requirements.

With over 400 client businesses and a compliance team managing thousands of monthly statutory obligations, the limitations of manual compliance management became clear. Repetitive data entry, missed due dates, inconsistent documentation, and slow notice response times were problems that no amount of process discipline could fully solve — they required technology.

After a Decade of Managing Compliance Manually — We Built the Tool We Always Needed
For ten years, Futurex's compliance team managed hundreds of client establishments' EPF, ESIC, Factories Act, CLRA, and vendor compliance obligations entirely through manual processes — spreadsheets, physical registers, email reminders, and PDF challan archives. The team was excellent at compliance. But the process was fragile.
Every month, three risks recurred: data entered manually from payroll CSVs introduced errors. Regulatory changes published in state gazettes were sometimes missed until an inspection revealed them. Government notices consumed 3–5 days of a compliance professional's time that could have been invested in prevention. Iztty was built to eliminate all three.
